Based in South Pasadena, California, Butler Digitizing is one of the largest embroidery digitizing centers in the world.
We now have 27 fulltime and 8 part time digitizers dedicated solely to serving the needs of embroidery shops
and factories in the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and Japan.

There are numerous niches within the design industry, such as web design, print design, etc... We chose embroidery digitizing, because we realized digitizing is probably the only design niche where customers must continually come
back to the designer for new projects on a regular basis. To keep customers coming back we realized that service,
quality and turnaround time were important, but nobody can discount the fact that price is an extremely
important factor when you choosing a digitizer.

At $6 per thousand stitches it is not our goal to make a lot of money on one design, but instead to create a successful business by encouraging you to continually reuse our digitizing services.We also offer volume dicounts.

From your first order you will realize that Butler Digitizing strives to create a personal relationship with all of our
clients. Each company will be assigned to a sales representative whose job is to ensure that each one of
your digitizing projectsis submitted to our designers in a timely manner, and that your design is returned to
you in a prompt manner. Furthermore, your sales representative will ensure that
you are completely satisfied with your design and if you are not we will make
any re-edits at no charge to you.

Not only are we one of the largest digitizer but we also have over 300 years in combined digitizing experience.
In addition we have digitizers with various specialties. We always ensure that your particular digitizing project is
sent to the digitizer best suited for each design. We ensure your satisfaction on each design, and if necessary
we will redo your design until you are completely satisfied.

More than 90% of our projects are completed and returned to you within 24 hours at no additional charge.
Very few digitizers have such quick turnaround time, and digitizers that
do 24 hour turnaround usually charge high rush fees.
